Duramin-100 range combines both a micro and universal tester. The top model covers a wide load range from 50 gf to 250 kgf, and includes a motorized XY-stage (Duramin-100 A2 and Duramin-100 AC3), motorized test head, overview camera, laser guide, and eight-position turret. Duramin-100 is available in three load ranges and is suitable for Vickers, Brinell, and Rockwell hardness testing. Add-on modules include Kc fracture measurements, mapping, and weld measurements.
Save time and money with Duramin-100’s unique test load range. Covering a range from 50 gf to 250 kgf, Duramin-100 can be used for many different applications that usually require both a micro and a macro indentation hardness tester.
Reliability with load cell technology
Duramin-100 conforms to all standards while offering the highest possible degree of accuracy and repeatability throughout its entire load range. This is due to advanced load cell technology.
Exceptional overview
The optional dual monitor solution enables both the general measurement data and macro overview image to be shown simultaneously on two separate monitors. This saves time when setting up and executing advanced test series.

KEY FEATURES
Motorized test head (V-concept)
The V-concept ensures rigid and stable testing conditions without compromising the testing height capacity. It eliminates the spindle effect and ensures that the sample is always at the same height above the floor. This secures accurate and reproducible results, regardless of the sample size. It also improves working comfort for operators.

Automatic height adjustment
The Duramin-100 quickly adjusts to the correct working height by moving the measurement turret down until it touches the sample's surface. This enables faster and easier setup of hardness tests.
Automatic height adjustment
Simple test execution
The standard overview camera enables the test point series to be positioned quickly and easily across the sample. The test series can then be executed with just a few mouse clicks.
Simple test execution
Automatic exchange of indenter and lens
Duramin-100 is available with an eight-position automatic turret that facilitates the exchange of up to six indenters and five objective lenses. Regardless of the model, the exchange of indenter and lens runs fully automatically.
Automatic exchange of indenter and lens
Unprecedented adaptability
The integrated zoom function reduces the number of objective lenses required and increases the adaptability of the machine.
Unprecedented adaptability
Avoid indenter and lens damage
The machine automatically stops operation in the event of a collision or any unexpected vibration or movement. This prevents indenters and lenses from being damaged and secures optimal operator safety.

Relevant software
Application-specific software modules are available, including a weld measurement module, surface mapping, edge detection, and a Kc fracture toughness calculator.

Customize test reports
Duramin-100 is available with a built-in test point editor to define and set up measurement lines for fully automatic testing. This includes both straight lines and zig-zag lines, and enables customized test reports to be easily generated and printed.
The entire Duramin-100 range comes with a test point editor, motorized test head, a high-resolution camera, LED illumination, auto focus, and automatic image evaluation. Each model includes an integrated PC with a 15-inch color touchscreen. The test height is 0-145 mm. Duramin-100 comes with an automatic, eight-position measurement turret with a laser pointer, including an overview camera (FOV 200 x 160 mm) for easy test point positioning. Duramin-100 A2 and Duramin-100 AC3 comes with motorized XY-stage (size 350 x 225 mm, stroke 220 x 120 mm).
